Clinical Support

The registered nurses at the Centre for Neurosurgery are available to support the patients both before and after surgery and help to educate them and their families about their journey at Calvary Hospital from preadmission to theatre and onto the ward.

They look after postoperative wound care and are available as a resource for northern clinicians in the ongoing management of our patients.

Our nurses also support the clinical team by facilitating timely appointments and arranging treatment management plans.
