Kate THOMAS

(DPhysio) Physiotherapist

Kate graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy.  She has pursued her interest in spinal physiotherapy throughout her 35 years physiotherapy career. 

In 2018 Kate completed a Masters qualification in the conservative management of scoliosis and provides specialist exercise-based and bracing pathways for the management of scoliosis and postural abnormalities.


Sarah Jane BENSON

Sarah Jane graduated from The Victoria University of Manchester, UK, with a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours.

With over 30 years of clinical experience in Australia and internationally, she has a wealth of physiotherapy knowledge and skills.  Sarah Jane’s special interests are in spinal and sports physiotherapy. 

With a passion for life, exercise, and the outdoors, she believes strongly in a holistic approach empowering individuals to reach their physical goals.

Izanne VILJOEN

Izanne (Izzy) graduated from the University of Pretoria in South Africa with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy and moved to Australia in 2011. She has worked in both hospital and out-patient settings with a particular interest in orthopaedics including spinal rehabilitation.

Izzy uses a balance of manual therapies and movement correction therapies to restore and normalise function. A lifetime of participating and competing in an array of sports has helped develop her skills and interest in various aspects of injury and post-operative management.

Jackie DYNAN

Jackie graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy.  She began her career in inpatient neurological rehabilitation before moving into private practice. 

Jackie is interested in chronic spinal conditions, postural syndromes and post-operative rehabilitation.

She applies gentle manual therapy techniques including dry needling/acupuncture together with exercise-based rehabilitation in the form of restorative movement and functional strengthening.

Michael graduated with a Master in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney having first completed a Bachelor in Exercise Physiology. He became interested in spinal physiotherapy whilst working in the UK and completed various courses to improve his skill set.

A keen runner and exercise advocate, Michael enjoys helping people get back to doing what they do best.
